UNDATED -- A semi-truck driver involved in Southern Minnesota crash that killed an Iowa couple is accused of watching Netflix at the time of accident.

Court documents say Billy Joe Grimes, 55, of Lancing, Tennessee, is charged with two counts of criminal vehicular homicide, and one count of criminal vehicular operation for his actions during the three-vehicle crash.

It happened on Intestate 35 near Faribault, Minnesota last August.

Matthew Hansen, 57, and Cimberly Hansen, 55,--both from Urbandale, Iowa --were killed.
Investigators say they reviewed footage from a front-facing camera that recorded audio from inside the cab of the truck, during which audio can be heard from a streaming Netflix show.

Minnesota State Patrol troopers concluded that Grimes had been streaming the show for at least 20 minutes leading up to, and during, the crash.
